*DHAKA, Bangladesh* — The *International Exchange & Enterprise Foundation (IEXF)* has officially launched its new professional networking platform, *Purpose with a Vision, following the successful hosting of its inaugural event, ” *Bangladesh Beyond Borders: Exploring Skills, Investment, Opportunities, and the Future of Bangladeshi Talent in the Global Economy,” at the organisation’s newly established headquarters in Dhaka.
The launch marks a new chapter for IEXF as it expands its role in fostering entrepreneurship, professional development, international collaboration and investment through a series of purpose-driven networking events.
The inaugural gathering brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, professionals and members of the wider community to discuss Bangladesh’s growing role in the global economy and the opportunities available for the country’s emerging talent
The event was led by *Tajuddin Ahamad, Regional Director of IEXF*, who highlighted the importance of building strong professional networks that connect Bangladeshi talent with global opportunities while encouraging innovation, enterprise and sustainable economic growth.
The programme featured keynote presentations from distinguished speakers representing investment, workforce development and innovation.
*Dr. Shayokh Ahmad* explored Bangladesh’s evolving investment landscape, outlining emerging sectors, economic prospects and opportunities for both domestic and international investors.
*Md. Ziaur Rahman* discussed career readiness and professional development, emphasising the importance of continuous learning, adaptability and equipping professionals with the skills needed to compete in an increasingly global marketplace.
*Kabir Qureshi* addressed the future of work, examining how artificial intelligence and digital transformation are reshaping employment worldwide.
He also shared the vision behind *taskopedia™*, an offshore recruitment platform currently under development that aims to connect skilled Bangladeshi professionals with employers across international markets.
Beyond the keynote sessions, attendees participated in networking discussions focused on entrepreneurship, investment, cross-border collaboration and the future of Bangladesh’s workforce. The event provided a platform for building new partnerships and exchanging ideas to support the country’s long-term economic development.
Speaking after the launch, organisers said *Purpose with a Vision* will become IEXF’s flagship networking series, bringing together leaders from business, academia, industry and the Bangladeshi diaspora to promote collaboration, enterprise and global engagement.
