Right now, about 5.6 out of every 100 parts of our electricity comes from clean energy. But by 2030, the goal is to get 20 parts from clean energy, and by 2040, even more! The government is getting ready to build 55 new solar power plants across the country. These plants will be much bigger than rooftop panels and will make a lot of electricity for many homes and businesses.
